Hydraulic flow control valve RFP3 VMP 1/2″ FCVC-3-M-ET-RVD-1/2
Designed to regulate the operating speed and maximum power of hydraulic motors and cylinders. Very popular in wrapping machines, drilling rigs, augers, belt conveyors and other machines where engines or cylinders work for long periods of time and the use of a regular throttle valve causes oil heating in the hydraulic system.
The most important advantage of the regulators is that they do not throttle the oil flow but discharge the excess oil to an overflow, so they do not overload the pump and the system does not heat up.
Maximum pressure control:
The regulator, by means of a built-in bypass (safety) valve, gives the possibility to set the maximum pressure on the regulated line which will limit the maximum power of the motor or actuator.
Connection:
Connection E to the supply line from the pump
Connection P to the consumer or to the hydraulic system line where flow and pressure control is required
Connection T to the return line leading to the tank
