  1. Registration in the store

To browse our offer and place orders, registration/login is not required. The data you enter during registration will never, under any circumstances, be made available to third parties and will only be used to process orders.

In response to a correctly placed order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have accepted the order, you will receive information about sending the goods in a separate e-mail.

  1. Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act (Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product) and the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, we inform that the customer who has concluded off-premises contract, you have the right to withdraw from it without giving reasons, by submitting a relevant statement in writing (e.g. by e-mail) within fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract – in our case from the moment of receipt of the product. To meet this deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry. In this case, the customer should send back the returned product within 14 days, which does not bear signs of use and cannot be damaged (hydraulic hoses and electromagnetic coils are not subject to returns.) The customer returns the product at his own expense, and the online store returns the amount paid by the customer, which results from the placed order or part of it, when not all products from a given order are returned.

  1. Complaints

If, after unpacking and checking the shipment, the goods turn out to be faulty or incorrect, please file a complaint immediately. Each complaint will be considered, and the defective goods will be replaced with full-fledged goods or (if we no longer have them for sale) we will return the money to the indicated bank account number provided by the customer. The exchange of goods or refund takes place after informing us about the situation, accepting the complaint, sending us the advertised goods by ordinary postal parcel or registered letter at your own expense or delivering the goods to us personally.

  1. Protection of personal data

Our Customers’ data is processed only for billing, invoice or order fulfillment purposes. They are not shared with other people or companies. In connection with the execution of the order, we may provide your telephone number or address details to employees of courier companies without your consent to enable them to contact you in order to deliver the parcel (e.g. in a situation where your address is incorrectly provided or is incomplete).
