Working principle:
The solenoid valve enables the control to be switched between two independently working double-acting actuators by means of an electrical impulse (12V). It is an ideal solution when we have a hydraulic distributor in which all available sections are already in use, and suddenly a new, additional hydraulic cylinder needs to be controlled.
On the front loader, this device allows you to control the bucket, bale grab or front loader tines from a section in the spreader. Switching between controls is done by pressing the button. It can be mounted near the manifold or directly on a control such as a lever or joystick.
The solenoid valve allows two actuators to be controlled, but not at the same time. The work should be done on the first hydraulic cylinder, then switch to the control of the second hydraulic cylinder.
control:
Two-position (1-2) spool, spring-loaded, self-returns to neutral position after power is removed. With the spool in the neutral position (1), it is possible to control hydraulic cylinder number 1.
The working principle of the slider:
Position 1, neutral (the power to the coil is off), it is possible to control actuator #1.
Working position 2 (product inflow to the coil) Ability to control actuator no. 2.
