Sequence valve VS2C BSP 1/2” for determining sequence of hydraulic cylinders
Application:
The valve can be used to control the operation of two hydraulic cylinders fed from a single source, e.g. one section in a manifold. The valve helps to determine the working order of these cylinders regardless of their size and load. The second actuator starts to extend only after the first one is fully extended or if the first one encounters resistance during extension, which will cause the set pressure to be increased and exceeded.
Operating principle:
The valve controls the direction of the oil flow between two independent hydraulic lines. The valve directs the flow to line one until the set pressure is exceeded. Once the pressure is exceeded, the valve switches the flow to line two.
Connection:
Connect V to the line supplying the first consumer. Connect C to the consumer to start the second line.
