CETOP HYDRAULIC DISTRIBUTOR 4 SECTIONS 24V ELECTRIC + MANUAL CONTROL

Application:

It is used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and industry. The distributor is adapted to various types of machines: agricultural machines, tractors, sprayers, front loaders, construction machines, loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and other hydraulically controlled applications.

Perfect for machines and vehicles where it is necessary to control the distributor from two places, e.g.: B. electrically from the cabin and levers located directly next to the distributor, as is the case with HDS and cranes.

Control example: double-acting hydraulic cylinders

Recommended oil filtration 10 – 15 µ.

Control:

The spring-loaded three-position slider (1 – 0 – 2) returns to the neutral position when the power is turned off or the lever is released. As long as the slider is in the neutral position (0), the oil flows freely through the distributor into the return channel, the pump does not work under pressure and is unloaded.

Connection:

Pump power supply (P): BSP 1/2″ internal thread

Return to tank (T): BSP 1/2″ internal thread

Output for section (A, B): BSP 3/8″ internal thread

Maximum pressure range:

Supply air pressure: 250 bar;

Maximum return pressure: 50 bar;

Maximum pressure in sections: 300Bar;

The bypass (safety) valve is factory set to 175 bar.

Possibility of self-adjustment, full turn change by 30Bar.

Recommended temperature range:

Permissible ambient temperature: -40°C to +60°C

Permissible oil temperature: -15°C to +80°C
