Hydraulic brake ZDM2-430-F-B-B, BK2-1-430-A-A-B, LB288C-43C
The BK2 series brakes are a type of disc brake. Braking force is generated by a spring, whilst hydraulic pressure releases the braking force.
Features:
– The BK2 series features a special friction disc and a high-strength spring-loaded design
– Long service life, low noise level, high braking reliability.
– Thanks to its 4 drain holes, the brake can be used in a variety of applications.
– Compact design, easy to install.
– Can be used in conjunction with BMP, BMR and BMS series hydraulic motors
Installation:
– Assembly: Fit the BK2 brake to the hydraulic motor, fill the brake with lubricating oil via the drain port, then assemble with the other components.
– Fluid type: Mineral-based HM (GB/T763.2-87) (ISO6743/4) or HLP (DIN51524).
– Temperature range: normal -20 ℃ to 90 ℃; best operating conditions 20 ℃ to 60 ℃
– Viscosity range: 20–75 mm²/s; best performance at 42–74 mm²/s at 40 ℃.
– Filtration: nominal filtration 25 microns, ISO code 20/16.
– Maintenance: replace after the first 50–100 hours; thereafter every 500–1000 hours.
