Description
Telescopic trailer hydraulic cylinder stroke 1400, 10 tons, ST-5 1400 10T
Application:
Telescopic cylinders consist of several segments that extend sequentially—chrome-plated cylindrical sleeves. This allows for a long stroke compared to the cylinder’s total length when retracted.
Telescopic cylinders are single-acting cylinders. Extension begins when pressurized hydraulic oil is supplied to the cylinder. Retraction is initiated by a directional control valve that relieves pressure from the system—the cylinder retracts by gravity, most often under the weight of the cargo box.
To prevent damage to the sleeve seals caused by excessive pressure at the cylinder’s maximum extension, a safety device (such as a rope, hydraulic shut-off valve, or electric shut-off valve) must be used.
A properly selected cylinder, mounted in the center of the body, ensures a cargo bed tilt angle between 40 and 45 degrees.
Thanks to its 5-stage extension design, the cylinder is ideal for vehicles with low ground clearance, trailers, or those with a high-mounted drive shaft.
The actuator is installed in trailers, trucks, and specialized delivery vehicles.
The hydraulic actuator is ideal for hydraulically powered machinery and equipment.
It can be used in agriculture, orchards, forestry, and construction.
