FLOW CONTROL VALVE RFC-VU 3/4 – 1/2 flow divider with scale

Application:

The controller splits the main oil jet from the pump into two independent streams that can feed two independent hydraulic systems. It allows you to set a certain flow rate on the first main collector, excess oil is drained to the second collector or tank. If the pump performance changes, the main collector always receives the same amount of oil, the flow only fluctuates at the second collector.

It is perfect for adjusting the drum speed in sweepers and shredders. Also used to regulate belt speed in the manure spreader.

Connection:

The valve is adjusted with a knob, the settings can be secured with a grub screw.

It has a 10-level scale that helps you remember specific settings, which is useful when you need to change flow settings frequently

Connect P to the supply line and A to the priority receiver or to the hydraulic line where flow regulation is required. Attach B to the second receiver or tank.
