Application:

It is widely used in hydraulic systems in forestry, horticulture, agriculture, construction and commonly understood industries.

The distributor is adapted to different types of machines, such as: E.g.: forestry machines, tractors, sprayers, turners, cyclops, HDS loaders, construction machines, loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and other hydraulically controlled devices.

Technical data:

Recommended oil flow in the system: 0 – 90l/min.

Control example: eight double-acting actuators.

Possibility of serial connection to the existing system (pressure sleeve required).

Control:

Both joysticks with five positions (1 – 2 – 0 – 3 – 4), on a spring, i.e. they return to the vertical themselves:

Neutral 0 position (joystick placed vertically), the piston rods of both cylinders are stationary – the oil goes to the overflow.

Working position 1 (joystick lever tilted forward), the piston rod of the first cylinder extends.

Working position 2 (joystick lever tilted backwards), the piston rod of the first cylinder retracts.

Working position 3 (joystick lever tilted to the left), the piston rod of the second cylinder extends.

Working position 4 (joystick lever tilted to the right), the piston rod of the second cylinder retracts.

All three-position levers (1 – 0 – 2) are spring-loaded, i.e. they return to the vertical themselves:

Neutral 0 position (lever vertical), the piston rod of the actuator is stationary – the oil flows to the overflow.

Working position 1 (lever position diagonally forward), the piston rod of the drive extends.

Working position 2 (lever position diagonally backwards), the piston rod of the drive retracts.

Connection:

Pump inlet (P): BSP 1/2” female thread

Return to tank (T): BSP 3/4” female thread

Output to sections (A, B): BSP 1/2” female thread

Print area:

Maximum supply pressure: 250 bar

Maximum pressure on the return line: 50Bar

Maximum pressure on the sections: 300Bar

The overflow valve is factory set to 175 bar

Possibility of independent adjustment, full rotation change by 30Bar.
