Application:

It has a wide range of applications in hydraulic systems in forestry, horticulture, agriculture, construction and industry.

The distributor is suitable for various types of machines such as forestry machines, tractors, sprayers, aurochs, cyclops, HDS loaders, construction machines, loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and other hydraulically controlled equipment.

Control:

Both joysticks have five levels (1 – 2 – 0 – 3 – 4), on spring, i.e. they return to vertical by themselves:

Position 0 neutral (joystick vertical) Piston rods of both cylinders are stationary – oil goes into the overflow.

In working position 1 (joystick lever forward), the piston rod of the first cylinder extends.

Operating position 2 (joystick lever angled backwards) Piston rod of the first cylinder retracts.

Working position 3 (joystick lever diagonally to the left) Piston rod of the second cylinder extends.

Working position 4 (joystick lever diagonally to the right) Piston rod of the second cylinder retracts.

All three adjusting levers (1 – 0 – 2) are spring-loaded, i.e. they return to the vertical position by themselves:

Position 0 neutral (lever positioned vertically) Piston rod of the cylinder is stationary – oil overflows.

Working position 1 (lever tilted forward): Cylinder piston rod extended.

Operating position 2 (lever tilted backwards) Cylinder piston rod retracts.

Control of 12V coils (1 – 0 – 2):

Position 0 neutral (no current) piston rod of the actuator is stationary – oil goes to the overflow.

Position 1 in operation (current on a coil) Actuator piston rod extends.

Position 2 in operation (current on the other coil): The piston rod of the actuator is retracted.

Connection:

Pump connection (P): 1/2” BSP female thread.

Tank return (T): BSP female thread 3/4”.

Output to sections (A, B): 1/2” BSP female thread
