Description
Hydraulic flow control valve RFP3 1/2″ with excess oil drain
Application:
It is widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and commonly understood industries.
The regulator can be used when we have a pump with too high an oil flow compared to the flow of other elements in the hydraulic system, such as distributors or valves. Installed between the pump and the control valve, it releases excess oil to the overflow, thereby protecting the system from heating and the pump from seizing.
The controller can also be used when we want to slow down the rotation or speed of a specific motor or cylinder. Installed between the distributor and the receiver, it adjusts the work on the selected element. Mainly intended for hydraulic motors, very popular in winding machines, derricks, drills and other machines where the motors work for a long time and continuously.
Connection:
Connect P to the supply line and A to a receiver or hydraulic line where flow control is required. Attach T to the return line to the tank.
Technical data:
Maximum absorption: 80 l/min
Priority channel flow regulation range: 0-60L/min
Number of hydraulic holes in the body: 3
Female thread in body: 1/2″ [BSP]
Body material: galvanized steel
Maximum allowable pressure: 350 bar
Temperature range and oil type:
Permissible ambient temperature: -40 C to +60 C
Permissible oil temperature: -15 C to +80 C
Oil type: Mineral oil based hydraulic oil
Working principle:
You can use the valve to set a specific amount of oil in the hydraulic line. This allows us to constantly control, for example, the speed of the motor or the speed of the actuator. Each time the excess oil is drained to the overflow. The regulator delivers a constant dose of oil to the receiver, regardless of the change in pump efficiency. However, the set oil dose may slightly decrease or increase as the receiver load changes.
Regulation:
The valve is adjusted with a rotary knob, the settings can be secured with a lock nut.
